Send a freight to a carrier
POST/freight/:freightId/send-to-carrier
Send a Draft or Open freight to a carrier in the shipper's network. The carrier is looked up by name (case-insensitive, partial match) and receives the shipment request on its booking email, with the carrier setting the price afterwards.

Missing carrierName, or the freight could not be sent. detail is AlreadySent, CarrierNotFoundInShipperNetwork or CarrierBookingEmailNotFound.
